Returns And Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Please check the sizing chart before ordering. Note that all clothing items have sizing charts for your convenience. Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer free exchanges for incorrect size selection.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we may be able to offer a paid exchange. You would be responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
If your item is defective or damaged please email us a picture of the item and packaging with the defect(s) within 14 days of delivery at brad@bradallenmusic.com.
