Order notification
You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification with shipping info once it has been dispatched.
Shipping notification
You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed. We usually ship all orders within 7 business days.
Receiving your order
All orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order being dispatched. Please allow some extra time for delivery on international orders as delivery time to some countries may vary.
Changing your order
We can’t always offer this. However we might be able to change your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] as soon as possible and don’t forget to include your order number.
Return policy
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If the item received is defective in any way, please email us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] so we can replace the item for you.
Exchange policy
Note that all clothing items have sizing charts for your convenience. Please refer to these charts when purchasing clothing. We do not offer free exchange as all our products are made to order. We can offer a paid exchange but you need to cover shipping and restocking fees. If you need an exchange, please contact us at [email protected].
